Melinda moved to Savannah GA in February 2022. She enjoyed the new friendships and the gracious hospitality of Savannah. She was traveling, making new connections and playing pickleball 6 days a week!

John has been in Savannah for 18 years. Recently widowed and looking for his new chapter. He lived in New Jersey and worked in Manhattan previously and loved fine dining and travel. He also lived and worked in Chicago, New York, London and Sri Lanka.

Melinda and John were introduced by Marilyn Brady a mutual friend. They met for brunch and John was making plans for their future from the start.

They have traveled to Charleston, Ireland, Scotland, traveled the Bourbon trail, Nashville and Asheville. Most recently they traveled the Rhine River and experienced the enchanted towns of the Christmas villages.

They are expecting their first grandson in June 2025 and in August will be on board a cruise heading to the Baltics.
